Privacy Policy

This website, kev.ae ("the Site"), is operated for KEV STUDIO, a Transcenda Vision brand operated by Transcenda Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design EST., Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Site collects and how it is used, in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit. When you use the project form or the enquiry popup, we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, the type of project you selected, and any date, location, budget or message you choose to add.
• Basic visit data. We run a simple first-party visit counter. It records the page viewed, the referring site, your device's screen width, an anonymised visitor identifier, and the time of the visit. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
• Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. It sets a cookie (_fbp) and sends Meta the pages you view and the actions you take on the Site (an enquiry sent, a WhatsApp chat opened) together with technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy; you can limit ads personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and blocking third-party cookies in your browser stops the pixel.
• Chat widget. The chat on the Site runs on HighLevel, our customer-relationship platform. When you use it, the name, phone number and messages you type are stored there so we can reply, and the widget sets a session identifier in your browser. It loads only when you open it on a phone, or after the page has loaded on a desktop.
• Technical logs. Like almost all websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• Apart from the Meta Pixel described above, we run no other advertising or tracking tools on the Site.
• We do not send marketing messages. If you leave your number, we contact you about your enquiry — that's it.

How we use your information

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to you about your project — typically by phone or WhatsApp, since that is what you provide. Visit data is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the Site are seen, so we can improve it. Meta Pixel data is used only to measure our advertising and to build advertising audiences.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiry and visit data is stored on the Site's own hosting, in access-protected storage readable only by the studio, and enquiry details are also copied into the customer-relationship system we use to reply to you (HighLevel), where they are visible only to the studio team. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your project discussion and for our records, after which they may be deleted. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.

Sharing

Your details are visible only to the KEV STUDIO team and the operator named above. If you proceed to a project, the details you provided may be used to prepare the related paperwork. Meta receives the pixel data described above. We disclose information only if required by law.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. To do so, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Third-party links

The Site links to services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Once you leave the Site, those services' own privacy policies apply.

Changes

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
