Welcome to kev.ae ("the Site"), the website of KEV STUDIO, a Transcenda Vision brand operated by Transcenda Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design EST., Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the site is

The Site presents the studio's work and services and lets you get in touch about a project. Content on the Site — imagery, film, copy, and design — is portfolio and marketing material. It is provided for information; it is not a binding offer, and project scope, deliverables and pricing are agreed separately in writing for each engagement.

Ownership of content

All photography, video, graphics, logotypes and text on the Site are the property of the studio, its operator, or their respective owners, and are protected by copyright. Client and brand names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear as a record of work performed or produced; their appearance does not imply endorsement of this website.

You may browse and share links to the Site freely. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use any imagery or film from the Site for your own commercial purposes without written permission.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract or reserve a date. We aim to reply promptly, but response times are not guaranteed. Any engagement that follows is governed by the written agreement made for that project, not by these terms.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Unless the written agreement for a project says otherwise, the following applies to every booking:

• Deposit. A shoot date is reserved only once the deposit stated in the proposal (normally 50% of the project fee) has been received. The balance is due before final files are released.
• Rescheduling. One reschedule is free with at least 5 working days’ notice. Later changes may incur crew, talent and location costs already committed.
• Cancellation by the client. More than 7 days before the shoot: the deposit is refunded less any costs already committed (locations, talent, rentals, travel). 7 days or less: the deposit is retained. 48 hours or less, or a no-show on the day: the full project fee is due.
• Cancellation by the studio. If we cannot deliver a booked shoot for reasons within our control, the deposit is refunded in full.
• Weather and events beyond anyone’s control. Outdoor shoots stopped by weather, authority restrictions or similar events are rescheduled at no charge.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
• Do not submit false, unlawful, or abusive content through the forms.
• Do not use automated tools to harvest content or submit enquiries.

Third-party services

The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

No warranties; limitation

The Site is provided "as is". While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on its content, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice.

Privacy

How we handle the information you submit is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
